Sperm freezing (cryopreservation) is used in patients before cancer treatment (threat of damage to the seminiferous tubules during chemotherapy and radiotherapy). Also, sperm freezing is suitable before infertility treatment, especially with very poor semen analysis parameters and in the oocyte donation program.
