Oocyte retrieval with embryo transfer
In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a laboratory technique in which fertilization of an egg takes place outside the uterus. The SOFT IVF cycle is performed after mild stimulation of the ovaries with antiestrogens or aromatase inhibitors administered in pill form. The price of the procedure includes a schedule of the stimulation protocol, monitoring of the ovarian response during controlled ovarian stimulation, timing of egg retrieval, ultrasound guided egg retrieval without anesthesia, search for cumulus oocyte complexes in the obtained liquid, their preincubation, fertilization of eggs using conventional insemination (addition of swim-up processed sperm to the eggs), egg cleaning, evaluation of egg fertilization, embryo culture until day 2-3 after fertilization in a conventional large-capacity incubator and ultrasound guided transfer of the embryo or 2 embryos to the uterine cavity on the day 2 or 3 after fertilization.
