Oocyte retrieval with embryo transfer
Ovarian stimulation is not performed during a native IVF cycle. Ultrasound and hormonal monitoring of follicle growth within the natural female cycle and egg retrieval is scheduled depending on the size of the follicle. The rest of the procedure is the same as for an IVF cycle. The price of the procedure includes monitoring of the follicular growth within the natural cycle without hormonal stimulation, timing of egg retrieval, ultrasound guided egg retrieval without anesthesia, search for a cumulus-oocyte complex in the obtained fluid, preincubation of cumulus-oocyte complex, fertilization of the egg using conventional insemination method (addition of swim-up processed sperm to the egg), egg cleaning, evaluation of the fertilization, embryo culture until day 2-3 after fertilization in a conventional large-capacity incubator and ultrasound guided embryo transfer to the uterine cavity on day 2 or 3 after fertilization.
