In comparison to the Optimal package, this program includes selection of sperms using the MACS or MSS method depending on the agreement with the embryologist, embryogen/embryoblast culture media, imaging of the oocytes’ meiotic spindle, cryopreservation of all embryos included in the price for the cycle. 8 mature MII oocytes and at least 2 blastocysts guaranteed under the condition of an adequate semen analysis result (more than 5 mil sperms/ml, at least 1% of sperms with standard morphology, at least 10% of motile sperms, sperm DNA fragmentation under 30%, age of the partner under 50 years) . 1 transfer synchronization guaranteed.
